To All: By way of apology for my part in this minor panic, I have posted a must read section in the InvestorNet site (http://home.swbell.net/sprue). The section is entitles "Anatomy of a Panic" and it attempts to chronicle the minor melt-down that could have been much worse, had it started at, say 10:00 AM. In my own defense, I'm offering the two mitigating facts: (1) the statement "each insider is permitted to sell 1% of their holdings" is a bit imprecise. (2) I made every reasonable attempt to contact M. Sheppard and M. Marx. However, I did not give them a reasonable amount of time to reply. Also, I don't think it's inappropriate to voice concerns about the stock; it is however, irresponsible to re-itterate those concerns without doing proper research. Again, I appologize to everyone. (Except for you, Tomato Man, because you bought more shares, you despicable opportunist). Kevin
