<I bought KO years ago
when the analysts (experts) said it would not go higher
than 40, it went all the way to 82 before it split and
climbed even further.> Without knowing details I can't comment about KO. I think Dell will do well in the long run, but it is going to go down before it goes up, and I think that it is going to go down considerably. Bad news will be pouring out into the marketplace over the next month. This will drive down the market. I could be wrong, but let's just see.

<Maybe I missed it so tell us in one post all the good
things Dell is doing right.> Dell is a great company. It's just overpriced, that's all. I think that the market will go down from here, until mid-January. Ms. Hurst mentioned Warren Buffett. Well, this is a man who buys value. He would buy Dell, but not at these prices. Mr. Buffett even considers Berkshire Hathaway overpriced. He tells people that they shouldn't buy his stock, because the market has overpriced it. Everything has its price, and Dell is way above it.

<How much of a drop in DELL, how much horizontal
movement with DELL or any other stock before you buy
or sell. If DELL moves to 65 sell, drops to 64 buy,
moves to 66 sell, drops to 65 3/8 buy...? What is your
specific percent gage for all of this buying and selling?> I am not recommending this. I am just saying that you should sell, then buy in mid-January. Stocks appreciate fastest when earnings and good news are coming out.

Caroline, sweet Caroline,
No single site has everything, but if you use Netscape, I can tell you a good way to load up all of the best sites at one time in multiple windows, so that you don't have to wait too much and you can quickly go from one page to another. Let me know if you are interested. It would help if you have a lot of memory, but, regardless, you can try it to see if you like it.

Also, why worry about posting to yourself. Just post to the last message. Readers will know if it pertains to them.
