Arch, there is no question you have been and remain a dedicated Edusoft shareholder. There is no question that a speculative fervor surrounded the release of an equity sale. Volume was several times higher in late 97 than now. your post serves notice of your recommendation and request. If I here anything I will pass it on. At these levels even with a premium the price probable would not excite the Chairman. It will always remain his call. (my opinion) A few ground rules and such. I'm only a shareholder like many of you. I have never received any info that would not be available to any other investor who inquires. I guess alot at the business based upon extensive research Part of this exercise is my doing and partly Edusoft Investor Relations and I don't know where it might lead. ( but I sure like the preliminary results both here and on Yahoo) I will differentiate between my comments and theirs. ( providing they offer any)
