Zeev: A lot of the decline in the stock price was IMO due to the market mood lately and not to the bad news announcements. The law suit will cost certainly less than the one Borland settled last summer which involved the 35MM shares of BORL rather then the about 6MM shrs of Borl which represent the equivalent shares of Open. The loss was largely expected and anticipated. That is why there was no panic selling on either news. Investor in BORL has been hardened during the half a year decline and became rather immune to tough news. Mostly the momentum players who jumped in lately are affected (and you sound like one). I doubt that the usual technical measures (double bottom, etc...) work with BORL at this stage. More to the point is investor's psychology and, I am even tempted to say, the stock's psychology if such a thing could be defined. With BORL, I don't think we will see any panic selling anytime soon. Instead, at any hard evidence of turaround, what we will see is PANIC BUYING. Ghassan.
