If LSI drops any lower, Wilf might see the company tendered from right underneath him, ala hostile takeovers and LBO days. Unless Wilf is thinking about doing one LBO himself - that would be one total dis-service to stockholders. If it's hostile takeover, would be the first hostile one in this industry. But with this price, it should work and nobody would complain. patrick
