Tom, This was passed onto me by a fellow shareholder. I don't know if you saw it but this is the same time frame as the ISI, Iterated and TMm agreement. Any comment? (S) Iterated and MCI have augmented an agreement from 1994 whereby Iterated will work with MCI to develop imaging software technologies that MCI will bring to market. As part of the deal, Iterated has the right to own patented inventions that may result from MCI's use of the technology.
