...sounds like the typical OTC-BB stock to me. But there is a novel twist. You would actually be quite up front with shareholders and say you had no intention of ever releasing a product, or garnering revenues. Now the stock should trade about the natural value of a clean, and might I add very clean, shell. No suspensions for material misrepresentations, no vanishing assets, no cross suits among the majority shareholders, no calls for fugitive warrants, in short just a pure play. The longs against the shorts with the MM's stoking interest. Plus think of it - you could truly know why people were hyping or bashing. Because rather uniquely there would be no information, no loose ends to latch on to, no scandals brewing, nor would meaningful rumors from the CEO be an issue. Outside announcements of shareholder meetings in exotic vacation spots, there couldn't be.
