John T.....was only wondering why you were posting IOM business here..... actually, could care less what you post here.....was just browsing to see what ground zero looked like after the earnings report. But.....since you pinged me, I'll ask again: what was your point in describing an IOM price cut as a rip-off of earlier buyers of ZIP disks? Like, you haven't noticed that the price of everything in this industry goes down? Can you imagine what a $1,199 Compaq 5030 would have sold for 10 years ago.....you'd have needed to get a second on the house. You're certainly entitled to dump on IOM anytime you want but that was some really weak stuff you served up. Stupid, really. Apologies to all SyQuest investors/speculators/scavengers (save one) for adding this clutter to your thread. Best of luck.
