Telkom's president, A A Nasution, said that TLK had disconnected 100,000 subscribers (about 4% of total) in recent months due to unpaid bills. They have cut their capex budget this year to Rp2.1trn from Rp3.1trn. TLK is still more expensive than PLDT, Telekom Malaysia and Indosat.
