I didn't think that there were any "sides" at Open Text. I could see maybe some issues around recent acquisitions, but they are not like PCDOCS in which there are separate internal companies (like FULCRUM).

Open Text is the result of the merger of two equal size companies (Odesta and the original OpenText, plus quite a few other smaller acquisitions).
