USRF acquires another ISP..
I love the comparison to AOL and Amazon. Have a feeling we will soon be valued as an ISP play. Lets not debate their wireless tech just yet, just give me the same value as Mindspring and Rocky Mountain Internet from a "times revenue" standpoint. Then lets value their wireless tech and corporate workplace potential.

Internet Media Corporation to Acquire Internet Service Provider
BATON ROUGE, La., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (OTC-Bulletin Board: USRF - news) today announced that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire an Internet Service Provider located in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Salt Lake City ISP provides Internet access to approximately 1,500 customers. The acquisition by USRF will be the third acquisition of an ISP by USRF in the last month.
The acquisition will be made with a combination of cash and common stock. USRF expects to enter into a definitive acquisition agreement in the near future.
''The acquisition of this ISP falls in line with our strategic target geographic area of Utah where we have also recently announced the acquisition of an ISP in St. George, Utah. Our strategic plan is to continue to consider ISP acquisition candidates in both Utah and New Mexico. We plan to 'plug-in' our Wireless Internet System with all acquired ISP's. The success of such Internet companies as America Online (NYSE:AOL - news) and Amazon.com (Nasdaq:AMZN - news) suggests the powerful future the Internet will have in our lives. We intend to provide the people of Utah their '21st Century' ISP -- one that is wireless, dependable and fast," stated David Loflin, president of USRF.
