Well, I understand software very well. I am also well versed in measuring economic value and financial performance. Not to be condescending, but Cheryl just does not know what she is talking about. I would not state it in such a direct fashion if Cheryl would not be so impolite in addressing others who disagree with her.

I have stated before that accouting earnings should be ignored in valuing companies. I have personally run analyses of earnings against market value for high growth companies, and earnings tend to mean diddly. I have made it easy (and free for the stingy) to run thier own analysis as well.
