Dear Achilles, I do forgive him as a person (it would be easier if he acted like he wanted it). But as a leader and roll model for my 2 sons I hold him accountable for his caresless and irresponsible actions. At work I am accountable for my actions and God holds me to that accountability. If I stumble unintentionally and correct it by telling the truth and making it right then there is mercy otherwise if I blame everyone else and refuse to make it right then the natural consequences of my attitude will slam me. It is love and accountability not unforgiveness IMO. If we ignore and forgive without accountability our society will fall into destruction. May the Lord bless you, Nancy
