Ron, your comments about the proprietary protection is misleading. There are many aspects of a process that one can find new or novel to patent. Process patents are a dime a dozen and easily obtained. The overloaded patent office often grants many questionable patents and then lets the courts straighten out claims later if needed. Copyright of software has no value for GRNO. Workarounds for process control are easy in practice.
