You DO NOT HAVE A LOSS TO MAKE UP!! You had a trade, you lost, it's over. Move on to the next trade with the mindset of making a normal profit but not trying to recover a previous loss. If you hold something in expectation of recovering a past loss it will cloud your judgement about when to sell. IMO Sell the Aug. options tomorrow. About mid-day start setting trailing stops (they only need to be mental). Once the stop is hit SELL. I repeat DON'T hold too long in hopes of recovering all of your loss. You may well recover it but you may also miss the peak because of your hopes.
