It will have to be much, much more than a 1-for-4 reverse. The stock is now in the 'teens, and sub-dime territory looms large, perhaps as soon as next week. A reverse of at least 1-for-10 will be necessary and, to allow for the inevitable slippage that will occur post-split, a reverse of 1-for-20 or 1-for-25 would be justifiable. This would, of course, finally get the float under some semblance of control. Then, the inevitable on-going dilution could continue, but it would at least provide a trading opportunity.
