RE: Cost of the lawsuit Ghassan, I agree with your prediction that the cost of the lawsuit will be very negligble. In addition to only 6MM shares of Borland being affected, a large percent of that was held by OPEN insiders, who would have a conflict of interests and I don't think are eligible to participate in the lawsuit. In addition, OPEN had a far smaller decline over the time period in question than BORL's decline during the time period of their lawsuit. > at any hard evidence of turaround, what we will see is PANIC BUYING.
