There are no plans for any reverse splits...
I know how frustrating it can be to watch this stock price right now...but let me add a couple of things. First off, it looks very possible that a major annoucnement could be made sometime in September...of course, anything can happen between now and then..but it looks very good right now, and that announcement would be a deal with a company that is larger than IBM. I'm telling you, its a very good thing.
Secondly, consider this for a moment...USA's goal is to be profitable by the end of the year. In order to be profitable, the company has to be generating revenues of about $1 million per month....12 million for the year. We will then have a company with at least $12 million in revenues, profitable, with major alliances with IBM, MBE, and quite possible annother "biggie"....I am not an analyst..but I would be willing to wager that a $12 million revenue generating, profitable company is worth more than $0.16 per share... |
