Frank, you are making the wrong assumptions. Why are you generating panic "on the street"? 1) ACTV are NOT going to be taken over, at least not until the stock price is in double digigts. 2) What makes you think that a mid level managment in TCI or FOX or ACTV would have any knowledge about what is going on? And if they did do you think they would risk their job by leaking inside info. to you? 3) Making the whole board call is VERY stupid. It can only cause pain for us 4)Don't read the 10Q as I read the bible, why would they start to fund SF (3M or more) until SF has a significant base of Digital boxes out? We would still need to see TX roll out first. 5) I'm sorry if I put you down a little
