Its like Clinton. The sex doesn't matter, although that is what the spin doctors want to make you believe it is all about. It is about perjury and suborning perjury - very serious offenses.

The SEC won't investigate because LSI warned - of course companies warn all the time. It was the 3 times normal daily volume to the downside on a stellar day for all other semi companies that will grab their attention. WHO LEAKED WHAT TO WHO? Insider trading is illegal and someone will have some explaining to do. LSI was forced to warn before the market opened as damage control. The word was definitely out and they wanted to avoid a shareholder lawsuit.

By the way... I bought more at 15 3/4. I like the long-term fundamentals in spite of the horrible management which has created one debacle after another through the years.
