Finally ! Thank you Ancil for a specific question. Please review Mike J's posts : ****** To: KMT (4800 ) From: mike jameson (Trial Member) Monday, Aug 3 1998 3:30PM ET Reply # of 5570 About that "stew " recipe, I mentioned. Here are the ingredients. In equal amounts : MDIN, NPEC, NEM. Then add alot of " green stuff " and a "pattern" to the bowl. Mix for 1 week , then put out bulletin to your friends that it is complete and ready to be deliciously devoured. Good appetite, Mike ****************** To: Handshake (4923 ) From: mike jameson (Trial Member) Wednesday, Aug 5 1998 12:32PM ET Reply # of 5570 The confusion over the numbers should be resolved by the next press release. It is important to remember that , sometimes getting from A to C, makes it necessary to pass through B. B is this share allocation. It was a " requirement" for issues to flow more easily to C. The stew is cooking well and all of the ingredients are coming together to create "one" great meal. It is important to say, that not only will MDIN guests enjoy the meal, but NPEC guests will enjoy it equally as much. **************** To: Geoff Coates-Wynn (5072 ) From: mike jameson (Trial Member) Friday, Aug 7 1998 11:27AM ET Reply # of 5570 Events are proceeding along nicely. One of the major reasons there has been such a delay with the announcements of the share allocation issue as well as today's press release and to be sure, we believe two major announcements forthcoming within 10 days, was the DAY issue. "Big Brother " wanted to be sure DAY would be resolved prior to 100 % commitment. When DAY issued their futile attempt to " sue " MDIN, it put the brakes on. However, as events have unfolded, to what was obviously a last ditch delay tactic by DAY, as indicated by DAY's falling stock price, The MDIN / "Big Brother " dance is in full swing. As far as DAY / MDIN issue, much thanks goes to govermental agencies for bringing to light the facts. A very good point was brought out earlier on this thread. MDIN does not want to make the same mistake MINE did in preannouncing. MDIN , with " help " is gathering all necessary information in a very focused and methodical way, as to prevent any confusion. We believe that when the dust settles all MDIN and NPEC shareholders will be as happy as we know we will be. Can anyone spell "men" in reverse ? I may be posting more often as we have begun to understand what constitues DD, etc. We are now adding to our position in MDIN. We are also accumulating NPEC. |
