The number of shares fully diluted appears to be 20 mill approx. If warrants are not exercised then you have approx 13 mill. What do you mean by does anyone have a phone number for the stock distributor? You have the company itself that issues shares, you have stock brokers that promote stock, and handle the customer accounts for those who own the stock, and you have market makers who are supposed to make an orderly market in the stock. This infers they bid against each other and publish a bid and ask price. Good in theory horrible in practice. Exactly what do you mean and what are you trying to find out? Always willing to help, if I can.
