Hi Mike,

Maybe I began a dialog with you inappropriately, maybe I set the wrong tone, by teasing you a bit for dreaming about the stock reaching $1 1/2. If so, I apologize. It was not intended disrespectfully.

I really don't see hype in this company.

And when I speak with company people, they talk about what they can talk about (legally), and their talk is about the work that's being done, functionality, and content. It's never braggadocio.

If there is any hype, as such, IMHO it comes from investors on boards who are excited about the potential. That is their right.

If investors think the cup is overflowing, rather than half-empty or half-full, oh well, that's their right to do so. And the company has no control over such enthusiasm, though, IMHO, I am sure the company has heard enthusiasms on boards from time to time which they wish were more moderate.

Your criticism of the preferred financing is an ancient grumbling. It only repeats what has been said in better ways in the past, IMHO.

If this stock is "dog crap" for you, please go to a stock and stock board which are more respectable. One man's "dog crap" is another man's gold. I think this company has an excellent future. The stock might go to the mid $1 again, though I doubt it, but if it does I will be a buyer again.
