If you look in today's Wall Street Journal Heard on the Street column, you'll read that Zoltek is probably being investigated for the same trading patterns seen in LSI yesterday.

Yesterday, LSI traded nearly 3 times normal daily volume.
Trading activity picked up shortly after noon, the same time as the slide in stock prices started. This morning, the warning.

Certainly smells like unequal information dissemination to me.

Arthur Levitt is on record as declaring he will crack down on this type of insider information trading.

And, IMO, it's about time that the playing field was made a little more level. Even though individual investors are still fighting against at least a 45 degree incline.
