Great post Kai. Maybe if EIDOS filed electronically with the SEC one
of us could have posted the annual report from Edgar Online so others
would not have had to wait this long to receive a hard copy. That is
why I urge contacting investor relations at the company. Here are the
numbers again:

The new options that EIDOS is requesting amount to less than 100,000
shares. But rejecting provision 7 may send a symbolic message to the
directors that they should be more frugal with compensation and cost
control. In addition to J. Heath Smith, who received 1.68 million in
UK pounds ($2,740,000 US) as a bonus last year, CEO Cornwall was
showered with a $324,000 bonus last year. That is not shoddy by UK
compensation standards, especially given the low P/E and market cap.
Rewarding company employees is a good way to retain them but I'd like
EIDOS to achieve better cost control first and management is as good
as any place to trim compensation/remuneration.

Sci Entertainment seems like an affordable company. My only problem
with buying publically-traded companies is that many of them like
Rage Software command hefty premiums. Sci's market cap suggests it
may be easily absorbed although I had never heard of the micro cap.
