SemiBull:

SoftQuad Inc should simply fetch in the ten's of millions pursuant to kiva, netdynamics, datachannel and the pending Allaire IPO...per SWEBF management no one is interested despite what their press releases suggest...i.e. no one is willing to pay for SoftQuad Inc's proprietary technologies/development team per SWEBF CFO...this is a result of [criminal?] gross management negligence(.) (.) SWEBF CFO also indicated a jettison before year-end...given losses just announced re: Q2, Alpha's misguided strategies in pursuing various misguided product lines incurring lost/irreversible opportunity costs/shareholder value, consistent patterns of non-disclosure of facts we deemed material, and then blaming q2 losses on old news and not taking the blame head on...[all] simply and realistically gives us reason to believe to not believe...very simply show us the money/earnings/revenues...NewKidCo looks great...huge actually...we are in receipt of preliminary due diligence, as follows [also viz a viz causation/reliance Rule 10b-5] : "...The NewKidCo deal could prove to be a "huge" revenue generator for SoftQuad International, said analyst Adam Adamou of Taurus Capital Markets Ltd.* He estimates NewKidCo's products could bring in up to US$12 million in fourth quarter revenue..."--Thursday, June 11, 1998 Financial Post...NewKidCo's marketing rollout--"...The two [ELMO] titles will be supported by 30-second spots on parent-targeted "Today Show" "Good Morning, America," and "Live With Regis & Kathie Lee" and on A&E, CNN, Discovery Channel, Lifetime and USA Networks. Beginning in November through early 1999, full-page ads will run in parenting and family publicaitons Child, Parents, Sesame Street Parent and Working Mother..."--Multimedia Wire Tuesday 8/11/98...that's the good news...the shareholders now simply must be assured there will be no [q4 '98/q1 '99] dilution/[fy '99] reverse-splits announced contemporaneous with a great q4 '98/q1 99(.)...

*the one and same Taurus Capital retained to spin-off SoftQuad [HoTMetaL] Inc...what a coincidence...
