Would I ink the deal? No, I would be happy that SEC is checking to see if MIDL has all of its i's dotted and t's crossed. It is rare that a company is willing or required to disclose as much as MIDL is doing right now. It would be smart for NHSA to wait until that process is complete.

If SEC gives MIDL satisfactory approval, they yes I would sign. What more could you want? I have a feeling someone on this thread knows and will tell me.
