Larry,

If MU closed below 30 and stayed there for a week (in the absence of a broad mkt selloff) and TK downgrades it(so that there is a def reason to stay below 30 for a while). I would still daytrade this stock since it would still be pretty liquid and so would its options, but my emphasis would be on the short side (with a hedge).
