Clint. As I E-Mailed you the SEC 10-8 filing was in August and was an employee stock option offer. Also, Barry Witz has always been on the up and up with me. Lastly,as I mentioned I still firmly beleive STGA will be a very good percentage winner in 1997. Fundamentally and earnings wise it is undervalued. Sometimes a company has some unexpected good earnings but the fundamentals are bad, and sometimes a company has great fundamentals but the earnings aren't there. STGA has both. Who knows I may be wrong, I've been wrong before but look for STGA to make a great January bounce. It might be worth value investors taking a second look.
