Michael, I think that .75 is attainable. First of all, the most recent quarter is traditionally their slowest so .09/share was great to see. Some other things that caught my eye:

1. Total operating margin increased from 17.5% to 31.0%. This margin should continue to increase as more acquisitions are made. The 3 most recent had trailing 12 mo. revenues of over $5 mm. Obviously they will make a big impact on the coming quarters' earnings.

2. The emerging services (e.g. EMPFacts) seem to be ramping up in a big way. There is still a long way to go but so far so good.

3. Unrelated to earnings but nice to see is that management feels they may qualift for Nasdaq NM listing. Application should be going in soon. Once listed, we'll get a whole new investor base (hopefully institutions).

I think potential investors out there may may scared off by the relatively low revenue figures (which by the way is increasing rapidly). The bottom line is that earnings is what (or should) drives the price of a stock and everything looks great here. Just my opinions of course.

Bill
