Hi Curtis, for some reason I am not able to read the url you posted, but I did read that same piece of information yesterday, as well, after the fact... I believe in a separate article. Nothing like user acceptance testing, and pretesting a platform prior to release, eh?

And congrats for demonstrating the restraint in not disclosing that the problem was with a competitor's (ascending) platform.
