Interesting article here on the difficulty of stopping scams in the OTC BB stocks. Even the some of the new SEC rules will have a difficult time making them disappear:

I think it's really important to invest only in those OTC BB stocks that are reporting companies. If they are not a reporting company(and even if they are) then due diligence must go far beyond what one can determine on a normal internet search. Investors have to pick up the phone and talk to someone in management. You still can't eliminate all the risk involved but it helps.

What do you think Joe? This is what I have been doing with my OTC BB stock investments. I bet you do the same.
