Looks like the rally was Monday & Tuesday. Now that: DELL has reported, brokers and Clinton going on vacation, Y2K news, the TV depressing everybody talking about Clinton, and options expiring on Friday... looks like the rally might be over. Even saw Harry Dent Jr ( Author of The Roaring 2000's who expects the DOW to rise over 30,000 by 2009 ) say on CNBC that he wouldn't be surprised if Japan tanks below support at 14,000 and the DOW goes to 7000 in next few month to present a good buying opportunity.
