JP Group: AMATI DEBT IS 6.3% (DEBT/ASSETS). Data came from Market Guide/Telescan. I prefer comparing debt with assets (generally understood and same comparison one would make with their personal finances). No matter what debt measure is used, there is no financial issue with Amati debt level. NOT a problem. I am not an accountant, but this measure is not complex. Any contrary opinion from others is welcomed. ----------- John Morrison
