At these prices, LSI makes a great take-over target. $15 = 1x sales! But I doubt INTC. If it's done, would be the first successful deal tried in semi - for good reasons. This is huge mis-mangement by the senior staff. Besides the ones they personally own, I doubt they have one single share behind them now. patrick
