I ran your post through my copy of the FBNAreverseEngineering2000. While the translation was kind of sloppy (by any chance, have you been drooling on your keyboard???), loosely translated it's a message from your mother. It reads as follows:

"Zonkie, if I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times. You'll go blind if you keep this up! Love, Mom"
