Tony,

I was hoping they would have another press release stating the offshore shareholder buyout is complete. That should be a positive.

BUT, they have made a lot of aquisitions this year which will reduce the bottom line, maybe even a negative EPS again. I think after the next 10Q the share price will drop, but over the longer term I think they will be in a very good position. I hope for over 5 near the end of the next 12 months.

This is only the opinion of someone who is new in this game.
