No Elizabeth I am not stating that the lack of financials is the reason the stock price is floundering, as a matter of fact I have never posted anything to suggest that. I am stating that the financials have to be filed to get it back to trading. I am also suggesting that, given the questions that many people have posed about their financial status, the filed reports may help to clarify some things. As far as the fundamental status of the projects etc. I have already made comment here that I have not fully executed my DD and thus have not made comment as to what I feel the overall state the business activity is. I have looked at some of the available information and believe that the projects may have merit. I have also looked at and read some material regarding Khazakstan in general and believe that Steppe has been doing OK as far as dealing with the business climate over there. However, there are many more questions to be asked and answered that I have not had time for yet. Until such time as I do, I will continue to follow and comment on that which I have been able to look into. Salut, Leigh McBain
