Welcome to SI, Tipper68. I see from your profile that you became a member today, August 19, 1998. Congratulations. If GDNO is being "hyped" or "scammed" by insiders, then I am not aware of it. To the best of my knowledge and belief, these folks are trying to capitalize on what seems to be a revolutionary business concept or model, to wit: direct sales and marketing via the internet. I saw Michael Dell on CNBC earlier today, and heard him remark about the internet sales business model that his company has adopted, and I could not help but remember how many people thought it was crazy a few years ago for someone to try to sell computers direct through catalogues. I also noted your post advocating the purchase of a Canadian gold mine stock that is trading for about 45 cents per share. Stocks such as this seem, at best, purely speculative. Wishing you good investing and success with your picks.
