MDIN will issue 10,000,000 preferred shares ( with the majority going to FRONTIER) with a dividend rate of $0.10 per share payable at such time the BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MDIN DETERMIN !!!! If the company were to make $1,000,000 would they A: BUY BACK SHARES B: HIRE I.R. COMPANY TO PROMOTE THE STOCK C: GIVE THE PREFERRED SHARE HOLDERS A DIVIDEND
