Called POKR today, with little information gained. Called Alan associates. I guess they are now investor relations. The deal will take till sometime in Nov. to close because of regulatory reasons. Was not able to get a share count for AVIA. We still have the .62 conversion rate, might turn out to be a stock for stock price with the direction AVIA is headed. A BB into a BB still remains a BB. Stock manipulation will remain in effect, and a very lousy environment for the pennies. It seems that all parts of the companies are profitable so in the end we should still have a positive out look. Only ? was the purchase of all the new buses/vans. There has been a constant stream of news on a weekly basis, with no results other than down. Very frustrating for all. Seems like a no brainer, buy at .19, get .62 in three months. Wish it was all that easy. Something in the Market will just not bite on this one. Give them a call at 561-483-7743 and see if someone can ask some more questions. roy
