I forwarded the SCI/SKB materials to a corporate lawyer today. Although I wasn't able to include a prospectus, he should be able to give an opinion regarding the viability of a class action lawsuit. Importantly, as Jim Bishop noted, winning a judgement and obtaining a financial award are two different outcomes. As Kevin stated, we likely need to go after the directors privately rather than make it an SCI suit. I'll post as soon as I hear from the law firm. Also check stockhouse forum www.stockhouse.com (SKB) for updates. I am also getting a second opinion from a firm that specializes in class action lawsuits. The lawyer I want to hear from won't be back until the end of August.
