ICOM's fall in price could be related to, (via my broker) "The re-pricing of some convertable shares of a venture capital firm".

Don't know what that means nor do I know the name of the venture capital firm.

My broker tells me that their analyst beleives one should wait to see where the shares "base" before one decides whether to buy. The analyst has a price target of 11 in '99.

I do not currently own ICOM. The brokerage firm is A. G. Edwards.
