I hope I don't offend anyone, but I am looking for real though and analysis, not just cheerleading. (some threads get offended if you merely raise questions)

As I see it, claim 1 is a network. An infringer would have to own both the buyer and sellers computers. This doesn't seem to apply to the internet, since (of course) internet retailers don't own the network and the buyer's computers, they don't infringe. If anyone see's it another way, please explain why.

I think some other independent claims are better, but I'll take them one at a time.
