Clinton is squeeky clean. After $40 Mil and years of investigation Starr was unable to find chargable offences in Arkansas or in the Washington DC travel agency ... etc. Not even a Zoe Baird illegality. So Starr went back to the sex scandal that was a non-issue in the last election. I can only conclude that Clinton is far cleaner than I gave him credit for. Much cleaner than a big chunk of politicians including Newt, Kennedy et al.
