David, so far I have seen two cases where the debentures have anti hedging covenants, RNTK (dropped from 3-11/32 high to just around 1 recently) and AIPN, which continued to go up to 7 before turning tail and is now at 1 or so. It seems that the smart boys, using overseas accounts, "third parties" accounts or other means manage to hedge their positions anyhow. Some of these (like HEC) have verbal language specifically authorizing shorting against the block of floorless. Zeev
