the sani-tech listed at that website is not a public company it is a sub of subron. traded under a completely different symbol. i checked it out.. not the right sani-tech from what i get this is nothing but a shell.. looks like a few months ago they showed a profit on earnings reports.. this shows up on one of my charting services when i run all the data. it is possible that it could be this profitable shell is going to take shape soon. with all the rush to scoop it up in last month an the volume up until last friday 14 aug. i have no other info though just looks like an empty shell no company info at all. who knows? anyone here know something else?
