I think that who partners with Vivus will do so with a future buy out in mind. I still say that JNJ will partner with Vivus and if they deem the transurethral approach as being significantly profitable when competing against orals in both domestic and foreign markets they will purchase the company. Vivus will probably receive a large up front cash milestone payment which will relieve any cash burdens until they again become as profitable as last year.
