Mr. bgtit,
My broker was nice enough to inform me today that he will not be able to procure my certificates, thus , for now anyways, I will not be able to get my AZNT shares into name form. It appears the freeze at the DTC is a sticky wicket!
We wait patiently for the court to push things along.
