19 indictments, 12 convictions (so far)- evidence of wrongdoing by cabinet members, a conviction of a state governor, evidence of wrongdoing in the Savings and Loan bailout (with convictions) - most indictments and convictions of any independent counsel to date. Not bad for a failure and a waste of money. What would you consider a success?
